Surf's Up

Members have been surfing at a good steady pace but I would like to see an increase in surfing. I'm asking all members to send me some suggestions, I want to know what I can do to get everyone surfing more? The reason surfing needs to increase is, we are growing as far as new members and members are adding their Blogs to the system, but if members don't all surf , the cycle is stops there. The best possible scenario is for members to login , add your blog, surf for an hour or so, assign your credits then repeat this process a couple days a week.

What can I do to increase surfing activity?

Send in your suggestions to support@blogsoldiers.com

On blogexplosion, you can move to the next blog by clicking a bar in the upper right hand corner. This way, if you see the same blogs over and over, you can move on while your counter still moves.
Peace..............

Pat, when I use BlogSoldiers on my Mac (OS X 10.4.1 / Tiger) sometimes pages will load in the frame that load blank so that I can't see what page is trying to load then completely lock up any browser I use (Safari, Firefox, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, iCab). So, I've actually had to stop using BlogSoldiers altogether for now. I think it might be pages that open with audio or video, but I don't have this problem in BlogXchange or in BlogExplosion. I know that doesn't give you anything solid to go by, sorry.

Also, along the same line as Helen's comment, in BlogExplosion you can choose to not view individual sites anymore. There are certain sites that come up over and over again that drive me bonkers, but I'm not interested in blocking the category they fall in, just the one page. Any chance you can allow us to block a certain number of pages?

I really like BlogSoldiers, hoping I can use it again soon from my Mac!

Ditto on that "do not view" button. I find that I surf more when I can block the ones that frequently come up that I have no interest in. I would also like to be able to block blogs that put music on because....well, I listen to my own.
And by the way, it is when a blog is lissted on "blogger" that you can move on to next blog. Not BlogExplosion. Sorry about that.

I hate having to login every time. I'd rather be remembered!

If you ad regular bonuses like this: 10 bonus credits when 25 blogs surfed, 20 bonus credits when 50 blogs, 40 bonus credits when 100 blogs surfed (in one day), 80 bonus credits when 200 blogs surfed. All in all thats 150 bonus credits! I think that would keep them surfing...
